Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Canada

Express Shipments - 1-2 business days - $35 CAD.

Standard Orders 3-9 business days - FREE for orders $250 CAD or more before taxes.

Standard Orders 3-9 business days - $15 CAD.

US

Express Shipments - 2-3 business days - $25 USD

Standard Orders  - 3-9 business days - FREE for orders of $175 USD or more before taxes.

Standard Orders 3-9 business days - 15 USD

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM EST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

If we need to verify additional information regarding your order/address/payment, there may be a delay in processing your order.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs and Duties

There are no additional duties or customs charges applicable to US orders.

Damages

Ritzy Wool is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received Your Order damaged, please get in touch with the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
